Our restaurant has a large underground grease trap that is difficult to access but needs cleaning out regularly which causes strong odours in the service area. We had the Renflo Grease Separator installed in the kitchen on the spray sink, which is the worst offendor for grease. The company that installed it then just came and swapped it over for us monthly and we did not have to have our large grease trap serviced so often, saving us money and disruption.
